Background: A thief who steals then sells information. Has no bias, will work for whatever side pays her.
Created in a lab using a formula that speeds up the evolutionary process, Pandora was born. As humans evolved from apes, Pandora evolved from cats, only the metamorphosis only took about 2 years of lab work for her creator. Has some of the best qualities of a cat, but is also flawed towards greed, vanity, and so on, like a human. A faulty gene meant that too much testing left her with the power to electrify and electrocute, as well as control electricity. But only sometimes.
After honing her feline skills she decided to make her own way in the world. Now is notorious cat burglar, willing to steal to trade, but will also steal anything for anyone, as long as the price is right.
Special talents: Keen sense of smell, good hearing, night vision, sometimes has an electrifying touch...
